C’est l’un des moments les plus attendus de l’industrie musicale mondiale: l’annonce des nommés aux Grammy Awards! Et cette année encore, vos artistes préférés sont très très bien représentés!
Celui qui obtient un nombre record de nominations n’est autre que JAY-Z, en lice dans pas moins de huit catégories, dont "Album de l’année" et "Meilleure chanson de l’année"! Il est suivi par Kendrick Lamar (sept nominations) et Bruno Mars (6 nominations).
De la concurrence pour JAY-Z
JAY-Z va avoir fort à faire dans la catégorie "Enregistrement de l’année", puisque son titre «The Story Of O.J.» est en compétition face à… «Despacito» de Luis Fonsi et Daddy Yankee feat. Justin Bieber. Mais aussi «24K Magic» de Bruno Mars! Côté "Album de l’année", il devra aussi faire attention car il se retrouve face à Lorde, nommée pour «Melodrama». Dans la catégorie "Meilleure performance pop en solo", il y a également du lourd. En effet, Kesha, avec «Prayin», fait face à «Million Reasons» de Lady Gaga, mais aussi «What About Us» de Pink et «Shape Of You» d’Ed Sheeran!
D’ailleurs, on retrouve les mêmes dans la catégorie "Meilleur album pop" auquel vient s’ajouter le groupe Coldplay et son «Kaleidoscope EP», ainsi que Lana Del Rey pour «Lust For Life» et Imagine Dragons avec «Evolve». Quant à The Weeknd, il n’est pas en reste, puisque «Starboy» est nommé dans la catégorie "Meilleur album urbain contemporain". Que le meilleur gagne!
